Delivery Charges and Restrictions - Mainland UK Orders
Most orders that are received and processed before midday Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are scheduled to be selected, packed, and dispatched for delivery (Monday to Friday), and can be delivered at any time between 08:00 and to 16:00. Therefore orders that are taken, received and processed on a Friday before midday will generally be delivered the following Week (excluding Bank Holidays), and orders received on a Friday after midday or on a Saturday or Sunday will leave the warehouse on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
We will notify you if the delivery of your order will take longer than 3 working days.
Standard delivery does not guarantee next day delivery though every effort is made by us and our delivery partners.
We are reliant on our third party delivery partners and their service to us, and whilst we make every effort to maintain our delivery expectations and implore them to do the same, very occasionally for reasons beyond our control our delivery partners may not deliver on the appointed day. This though is an extremely rare occurrence and we do not and cannot accept any responsibility for this. Nor can we be held responsible in any way for late delivery of a product or products. Any costs that may be incurred by a customer through late delivery are solely the customer's responsibility, and we strongly recommend that customers should make sure that ALL items ordered have been delivered BEFORE engaging installation trades or contractors.
This comprehensive delivery service is FREE, with the exception of orders under £300.00 ex VAT where a nominal charge of £10.00 plus VAT will be levied per consignment, with any quantity of goods.
All consignments are tracked and for security require a signature on delivery; this guarantees the secure delivery and safe passage of your goods.
Our shopping cart defaults to Mainland UK next working day delivery. If you require a special delivery simply change the Delivery Option as required. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated. If you are not within Mainland UK you should follow the instructions below for international visitors.
Delivery Charges and Restrictions - International Orders

In the event that we are unable to dispatch goods within 1 working day, we will notify you of the delay.
It is vitally important that you check through the whole delivery to make sure that ALL items ordered have been delivered, and any delivery shortfalls MUST be reported to us within 2 days of receipt.

Returns & Refund Policy
If you buy a product and wish to return it because it is unwanted or unsuitable, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving it, please note that some products are made/cut to order and therefore are non-returnable. ALL returned items must be in their original unspoilt packaging and in a saleable condition. If the product for return is not received by us in its original condition we will be unable to refund for it and you will have to pay for its return to you.
Please be extra careful when returning fragile items as we can only refund your original purchase of them if they are in a unbroken and in saleable condition.

The buyer has the right to a fourteen-day cooling off period in which the order can be cancelled for whatever reason. Should the customer choose to exercise these rights they must return any goods supplied to them. This fourteen-day cooling off period commences the day after goods are received,
Before any products are returned, youmustcontact us to obtain a Return Form, which must be fully completed and returned to us before an Authorisation Number can be issued. Product returns WILL NOT be accepted unless an authorisation number has been issued by us.
Your payment will be refunded (by the same method used to pay), less the initial delivery costs*, within 30 days of cancellation. You are responsible for the costs of returning products to us.
After 15 days of delivery, a handling charge of 15% will be applied for the returning of unused goods.
After 30 days of delivery, a handling charge of 25% will be applied for the returning of unused goods.
After 180 days of delivery, goods can not be returned.
Absolutely NO refunds will be permitted for products that are returned which have not been returned in the original and undamaged packaging, and in perfect/ re sellable condition complete with all manuals & accessories supplied with the original products.
Should products be returned without the security seals intact, the returned products will be subject to a re-testing procedure and the buyer will be advised of the associated charge for this procedure.
* Delivery costs are calculated at £10.00 inc VAT for the 1st 10Kg and £0.60 inc VAT for every 1Kg in excess of the 10Kg.
If you wish to return an item that is faulty, then please contact us and include as much information as possible.
We will reply to you to ascertain any further information that may help us understand the alleged fault, , which may include photos of the product and the packaging.
Please do not return anything until requested to do so, as this may prevent us from being able to deal with your request.
We will refund or replace at no additional cost any products damaged before or on delivery, providing you notify us by telephone or in writing within 2 days of receipt of any such damaged goods.
We will replace at no additional cost any products which have been lost in transit providing you notify us by telephone or in writing within 2 days of receiving your order or the delivery date of the products, whichever shall be the later.
